It depends on the number of change requests we have received & how busy we are on the given day. However, usually, all changes are completed within 24 business hours. Upon receiving the change requests, we will confirm the turnaround time.

Yes. Look at our hosting pages for full details. All maintenance packages are hosted on our Pro Hosting package, the same one we use for all our own design clients. This is pro-actively monitored 24/7 so that immediate action can be taken if there is a problem.
Yes - your site is backed-up every 4 hours and 6 of these snapshots are kept on the sever for instant recovery.
Overnight your site is backed-up to Amazon S3 storage facility in Ireland and here we keep 7 daily backups, 2 weekly and 2 monthly. These we can recover quickly but not instantly.
Absolutely. We take data safety very seriously. All our servers are hosted in a modern data centre in London’s Docklands.
All site passwords are stored encrypted so that no-one can access your site. We will request a separate admin account login for your website so that you have an audit record of our access to your website
We accept by direct debit or credit card only. All accounts are billed in advance and will be taken on or around 1st of each month.
No, the website maintenance service is a pay-as-you-go service, we do not have contracts or cancellation fees.
You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, your billing will be stopped from next billing cycle.
We charge time in 30 min blocks up to the time left available on your contact for that month. If you run out of time and require lots of changes, we’ll contact you to discuss the best course of action.
It depends on how long you’ve been with us and your previous history. We like to be flexible where possible, and for long-standing clients time unused in previous 2 months will be taken into consideration.

We do it this way as we’ve previously had clients whom we completed work for in advance, and then they cancelled their package - so we don’t do this anymore!
Yes, we will keep all free plugins and components up to date and secure.
For all paid plugins, components, modules etc that require purchasing to update we will contact you first to get authorisation. You can then either pay for them yourself or we can purchase in your name at the developer cost. We will invoice you first before we buy them.
No. A single website maintenance will be included in a single plan.
Yes. Website maintenance service is a pay-as-you-go service and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. The change will be effective from next billing cycle.

No. As the packages are on a monthly recurring basis, the number of unused hours will not be carried forward to the next month.
