as our fixed price services are based upon you leaving and collecting your pc at our workshop, a £20 charge will be added to our fixed price services should we need to collect and re-deliver your pc or notebook to your business or home.

 there is no call out charge for work carried out in your home or business if inside our service area.

we can collect and deliver your computer at a time convenient to you. this enables us to often return repaired or serviced computers within 24hrs. in the event that parts need to be ordered, we can either return the computer to you in the interim, and schedule a repair for a later date, or keep hold of the computer, carry out the repair and then return to you.

sometimes a repair requiring specific parts can take longer to complete, though most of the time they can be completed in 24hrs if the parts are ordered before 3pm.

this is a "no hassle to you" service. we will come to your home or business, disconnect your computer system and remove just the base unit. we do not normally need to remove ancillary peripherals like monitors or printers. then once the repair or service is complete, we return the base unit to you, re-connect all the peripherals and carry out a functional test before leaving.
