- no fix - no fee - in the unlikely event that we are unable to fix your desktop PC we will return it to you and you will owe nothing
- fast service - for scheduled upgrades, repairs or maintenance if dropped off at the workshop before noon your computer is normally ready before noon next day. For non-scheduled repairs requiring new parts to be ordered, we aim to return your computer to you within 3 days as we only use the fastest, quality suppliers
- out of hours service - we appreciate that many of you have to work during the day, and we can accommodate you. Your PC can be dropped off before you go to work in the morning or in the evening at no extra charge, allowing you to get on with everyday life.
